Bidding
Bidding at an Alley Realty & Auction sale is easy and fun. On auction day, you will register with one of our team members who will provide you with all the necessary information to make an informed bid. The bidding process, terms, and conditions of the sale will all be explained by the auctioneer along with any additional questions you may have. Our goal is to make the process as easy and fun as possible!
Buying
If you are a winning bidder, congratulations! A 10% deposit will be required on the day of the sale and you will sign a purchase contract. If you will require financing, it is best to arrange this prior to the auction though it is not required. We will gladly assist you in finding a lender.
Closing
We will assist in coordinating your closing, which will typically take place in 30 day, by providing all necessary documentation. Typically, a single closing company will handle all the transactions to simplify the process for all involved.
